The winter '98 edition of FOCUS on Ireland and the Wider World is now available at £1.50. This magazine, which deals with global development issues, is published three times a year by Comhlamh, the Irish Association of Development Workers.
The new edition reports that 73 million children under 10 years of age are working in agriculture, mining and prostitution, according to the 1996 report of the International Labour Organisation.
FOCUS is available in Eason's and book shops around the country.
