Having all reached the turn, the conclusion to this year’s US Masters could not be better poised with the world’s best players all lining up to make their bid for the famous Green Jacket.
Tiger Woods still leads on 14-under after reaching the 10th in two-under in his final round.The world number one is joined by David Duval, who having reached the turn in four-under 32, is five-under for his round after 12 holes.
Woods' playing partner and world number two, Phil Mickelson, is one shot further back on 13-under having also reached the 10th in two-under.
Padraig Harrington finished with a one-under par 71 for a four round total 287.The Dubliner played some excellent golf to reach the turn in four-under 32.However much of his undoing came with a triple bogey eight on the par five 13th and eventually finished tied for 27th place.
Darren Clarke finished with a somewhat disappointing one-over 73 in his final round.The Tyroneman reached the turn in level par and yet again the homeward stretch proved costly.
Having got to six-under for the tournament with a birdie on the 16th, Clarke went on to complete his Masters campaign with bogies on the 17th and 18th.Clarke finished in 24th place on his own with a four-under total 284.
