Dublin based information security group Priority Data has been acquired by Dutch e-security company, Unit 4 Agresso.
Unit 4 Agresso had previously invested in Priority Data.
Commenting on the deal Mr Pat O'Connor, managing director of Priority Data said: "We are now part of a much larger group and believe that we can become the largest layer in our market in both the UK and Ireland."
Pririty Data was founded employs 28 people in Ireland and Britain.
