DUP plans English offices

The Democratic Unionist Party has announced plans to open offices in Britain. The party leader, the Rev Ian Paisley, said a branch would open in Liverpool in March. The party also hopes to open an office in London. A spokesman said the DUP may field candidates in Liverpool's council elections in May.
