Gardai yesterday identified the body of a man in his mid30s who drowned when his car went into the Lee in Cork city yesterday morning. Naval Service divers recovered the man's body at around 10.30 a.m. after his car was spotted entering the river at around 8.30 a.m. The man's name will not be released until next of kin are informed.
