A prisoner was told yesterday that his criminal record was so bad he would probably merit a place in the Guinness Book of Records. Malvern Dobbin, whose address was given as Magilligan Prison, Co Derry, was banned from driving for life and jailed for six months after admitting four motoring offences at Derry Magistrates' Court. Dobbin was jailed for 12 months last October when he admitted 28 motoring offences. When she was handed Dobbin's record, the magistrate, Ms Bernadette Kelly, said it was the worst she had ever seen.
