Dragon Oil completed the initial testing of the Dzheitune L21/132 development well in the Caspian Sea offshore Turkmenistan.
The company said that, while it did not reach intended target levels due to abnormally high pressures, it was able to complete the well in its secondary intervals.
The intent is to deepen the well in future to reach the main targets, it said in a statement.
