THERE are significant differences within the Coalition on reform of the Common Agricultural Policy, according to a survey of the attitudes of political parties on Third World issues by the relief agency, Oxfam.
While Labour and Fine Gael reject the view that the CAP is undermining agriculture in developing countries, Democratic Left has called for "comprehensive reform" of the policy and an end to the subsidisation of large farmers.
