A dispute over the sale of lands at North Wall Quay in Dublin has been settled, the High Court was told yesterday.

Proceedings between Dublin Docklands Development Authority and Artbrook Ltd/Swalcliffe Ltd, trading as Dublin Waste, over the sale to the authority of lands at North Wall Quay/Lower Mayor Street, were due to open yesterday. However, Mr Justice McCracken was told by Mr John Gordon SC, for the defence, that the action had been settled.
