Two cases listed for hearing at Castlebar Circuit Court in connection with the contesting of a doctor's will by members of his family were both settled out of court yesterday.
The cases, listed as Duignan and another v Duignan, and Duignan v Duignan, were settled after day-long negotiations.
No details were revealed to the County Registrar as the settlement was made without the case being heard by Judge Harvey Kenny of the Western Circuit Court.
