Is a Minister about to break the Taoiseach's rules? Mary O'Rourke was getting a hard time in the Dail over Telecom Eireann, the resignation of the chairman and the coming flotation, so to quell her critics she said when it was all over she would write the full story of the dramatic episode. She was aware that Bertie Ahern had said ministers were not to keep diaries, but this was one story she would tell. It is not the first time she has mentioned writing a book. Detractors beware.
