NOTTINGHAM - The prospect of strike action by teachers refusing to teach a disruptive pupil hung in the balance last night. The parents of Richard Wilding (13) were claiming victory after Nottinghamshire education authority acknowledged their right to have him taught at Glaisdale School, Nottingham.
