The Irish Nationwide Building Society was restrained by the High Court yesterday from proceeding with a disciplinary investigation against the manager of its Cavan town branch.
Mr John A. Martin, otherwise Mr Sean Martin, was granted an interim injunction by Ms Justice Laffoy. The order applies until Wednesday when a further application is expected to be made for an interlocutory injunction.
