A couple from Cork who had cannabis resin with an estimated street value of £100,000 in their possession when arrested by gardai in Kinvara, Co Galway, last November will appear before Galway Circuit Court in October.
Mr Patrick and Ms Valerie O'Donoghue, both in their 30s, from Dunmore Gardens, Knocknaheeney, Cork, are charged with having cannabis resin and with having the drug for sale or supply to others at Moy Road, Kinvara, on November 10th, 1998. The couple were remanded on continuing bail to appear before the court on October 5th.
