Kinshasa - Rivals from the Democratic Republic of Congo meeting in Gaborone were yesterday to discuss where and when to hold a national peace conference, Congolese Liberation Front leader Jean-Pierre Bemba said. The venue for the inter-Congolese dialogue is one of the most divisive issues to be discussed here at a historic week-long reconciliation meeting where serious tension and shifting alliances have begun to show.
