MOSCOW - The Chechen a separatist leader, Mr Zelimkhan Yandarbiyev, and the Russian Prime Minister, Mr Viktor Chernomyrdin, yesterday agreed to set up a joint commission to consolidate the peace process in Chechnya and rebuild the republic's war shattered economy.
