WASHINGTON - President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary, earned more than $1 million for the first time last year thanks mostly to proceeds from her book and some good investments, according to tax returns filed yesterday.
Mr Clinton reported $200,000 (£125,000) from his White House salary while the First Lady received $742,000 - from her book It Takes A Village.
