Chinese raise bounty on blast fugitive

Beijing - The reward offered for information leading to the arrest of the fugitive suspected of being responsible for four explosions in the northern Chinese city of Shijiazhuang last week has been doubled, Miriam Donohoe reports. At least 108 people died in the explosions. A major manhunt has been launched for the suspect, Mr Jin Ruchao (40).

The police have raised the reward from 50,000 to 100,000 RMB (£10,000).
