A 28-year-old Galway man, who has pleaded not guilty to "intentionally or recklessly" causing serious harm to the late Mr Tom Clisham at Inverin, Co Galway, on November 24th last was refused bail by the High Court yesterday.
Mr Patrick McGreene, with an address at St Mary's Road, Galway, had his application rejected.
