TIRANA - Four people were killed and 14 injured yesterday when a car bomb exploded outside a supermarket in the Albanian capital, police and hospital sources said.
President Sali Berisha blamed the explosion on agents of the former communist secret police, Sigurimi, which was disbanded in 1990.
