The "Fly the Flag" campaign aimed at reducing the number of deaths on the State's roads this Bank Holiday weekend gets under way tomorrow. Launched by the National Safety Council, the campaign will see motorists displaying a white flag, either in sticker or pennant form, to send a message that they intend to drive carefully over the weekend.

More than four million of the flags and stickers have been provided for motorists and are available from supermarkets and petrol stations.
