GORNA ORIAHOVITSA Exiled King Simeon arrived in northern Bulgaria yesterday to a rapturous welcome on his second visit to the homeland he fled as a child in 1946. Some 3,000 people waving national and monarchist flags and portraits of the king surrounded him, chanting "Long Live Simeon". Simeon's aides insist he is the king of all Bulgarians and does not favour any one group. Bulgaria is to hold parliamentary elections on Saturday.
