Briton shot dead in Saudi Arabia

A British man has been shot and killed as he waited at traffic lights in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.

A British man has been shot and killed as he waited at traffic lights in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.

The victim was named as 37-year-old father of two Mr Robert Denith. He worked for BAE Systems.

The Saudi Interior Ministry said a local man has been arrested.

Saud bin Ali bin Nasser, 30, is being questioned by security officials.

The attack took place on Khaled bin al-Waleed Street in the Granada district of Riyadh.

Mr Nasser works as salesman at Toyota company.
