A Briton being held in Morocco has been acquitted of all charges relating to the suicide bombings in May which killed 44 people, confims the Foreign Office.
Perry Jensen, 37, from London, was facing charges of "belonging to a criminal gang" but was acquitted after a judge ruled there was insufficient evidence to link him to the terror attacks.
It is understood a separate charge of bigamy is being upheld.
A spokesman for the British Foreign Office said they would not be making any comment
