Boy beats vagrant to death - report

Moscow - A 10-year-old Russian boy beat a homeless man to death for kicking a dog, a news agency reported yesterday. Itar-Tass said the boy was out walking in the Urals industrial city of Chelyabinsk with a group of friends, one of whom had a dog. When a homeless drunk kicked the dog, the boy flew into a rage and beat the man to death with a stick.
