SEVEN year old boy was killed in an accident on a building site at Newtownards, Co Down, yesterday. The boy was playing with friends on waste ground at the rear of the Meadow Park Estate on Movilla Road about 3.30 p.m. when the accident occurred.
It is understood he was struck and buried under debris.
Workers and firemen using heat detecting equipment uncovered the boy and searched for any other casualties but none had been found last night.
