Givry 1er Cru, Clos de la Servoi sine, Domaine Jean-Marc Joblot, 1996 (Burgundy Direct, £13.75 bottle/£165 case), from one of Burgundy's rising stars, is light and lively with exquisite cherry and raspberry character - an outstanding red Burgundy at the price.
