London - When it comes to exerting power and influence, 14-year-old Euan Blair is streets ahead of the most senior members of the Royal family, according to a newly published survey. The British Prime Minister's son is among the 120 top "movers and shakers" considered to wield the most influence in modern-day Britain. While there will be no surprise that Tony Blair heads the list, some of the others named are less obvious. Euan, who was cited by his father as a guide to what should go into the Millennium Dome - the "Euan test" - is placed in position 98, ahead of Queen Elizabeth, the Prince of Wales and Prince William, who are all at 100.
