Belfast man shot as `punishment'

A man is recovering in hospital following a "punishment" attack in west Belfast yesterday. He was bundled into a car by four hooded men in the Poleglass Estate and shot in both legs. No organisation has claimed responsibility for the attack, but the IRA is believed to have been responsible.
