A youth who robbed four teenage buskers after assaulting them has been released on bail under strict conditions by Judge Yvonne Murphy at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
The west Dublin youth was 14 when he and an accomplice carried out the crime in 1999 and he has been in custody since last August.
Judge Murphy remanded him for sentence on January 21st next and placed him under a curfew as well as signing-on and other conditions. He cannot be named for legal reasons.
Judge Murphy requested an updated probation report for the January 21st hearing.
