AMSTERDAM - Dutch police said yesterday they had discovered the mummified parts of three babies, some stuffed inside plastic voodoo dolls, at the home of a Surinamese born man. The mummified remains of a fourth infant were found at another house. A 45 year old man was being held, police said.
