VATICAN CITY - The Pope has boosted the Catholic Church's presence in East Timor by appointing a second bishop to work alongside the Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Dr Filipe Ximenes Belo. Dr Basilio Do Nascimiento, who was previously assistant to Dr Belo, will take charge of Baueau diocese, where 200,000 Catholics live.
