PARIS - Muslim guerrillas have killed 18 men by cutting their throats in two separate attacks, el Watan newspaper said yesterday.
A group of about 10 armed rebels forced a passenger bus to stop at a fake roadblock they set up Sidi Laadjal 300 km south of Algiers, on Thursday night.
They picked 17 men aged between 17 and 25 years after checking identity cards shepherded them to nearby bush and cut their throats, according to the newspaper.
