A 32-year-old Clondalkin man appeared in Kilmainham District Court on seven charges of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in Clondalkin during 1997.
Judge Murrough Connellan heard that he had not been able to take up bail and was still in custody. He remanded the accused to December 22nd.
