Abtran is to create 50 new jobs in Cork through investment of €1.5 million in its R&D and professional services divisions.
The company, which provides customer support services for clients, employs 250 people at its headquarters in Bishopstown.
Recruitment for the new posts is expected to take place over the next 12 months.
Abtran's clients include Cork County Council, An Post, Dublin City Council, and the Financial Regulator.
