500 dead, injured in Rwanda army

Kigali - Rwandan troops fighting alongside rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo have suffered several hundred casualties, the army chief-ofstaff, Gen Kayumba Nyamwansa, said yesterday. The total, of dead and wounded, was "less than 500," he said.
