THE compensation tribunal for hepatitis victims who received Anti-D injections has awarded approximately £4.8 million to date. Amounts awarded ranged from £20,000 to £324,321, the House was told. A total of 348 applications had been received and 46 cases heard. None of the tribunal's awards had been rejected, the Minister for Health, Mr Noonan, said in a written reply.
