Bruehl - A fire broke out at the Phantasialand amusement park in the western German town of Bruehl yesterday slightly injuring 32 people, police said. The police chief for the nearby city of Cologne, Mr Winrich Granitzka, said that nobody died in the blaze.

He declined to comment on the cause of the fire, which broke out in the vicinity of a bobsleigh roller coaster attraction at Phantasialand, one of Europe's largest amusement parks. Experts said there were no signs of arson.
