2 die in Dublin traffic accidents

A man and a woman were killed in two separate car accidents in Dublin last evening. At about 6 p.m. an elderly woman was struck by a car at Dolphin Road, Dublin 12 and was dead on arrival at hospital. Gardai are seeking witnesses to the accident. At about 8 p.m. a man in his early sixties was killed when his car swerved out of control and hit a lamppost under the railway bridge at Kilbarrack Road.
