A new building, dedicated to staff training and development in the public service, is to be built at the Institute of Public Administration in Lansdowne Road in Dublin.

Dr Tony O'Reilly is contributing £1 million and it will be named in honour of the institute's first director, Mr T.J. Barrington, and Dr O'Reilly's father, John.
