A Co Dublin businessman, Mr Michael Wright, of Howth, Co Dublin, has been allowed by Dublin Circuit licensing court to develop a £1 million bar and restaurant complex at Dublin's Heuston station. His counsel, Mr Tom Morgan, told Judge Pat McCartan yesterday that Iarnrod Eireann was carrying out a
£5 million refurbishment of the station. Mr Wright, a director of
Heuston Railway Refreshment Rooms, was investing £1 million in bar and refreshment facilities.
