Algiers - Assailants manning a bogus checkpoint west of Algiers stopped two trucks and a taxi and slaughtered all 10 people travelling in them, a newspaper reported. The daily Le Matin said the attack occurred on Friday near the town of Khemis Miliana 100 km west of the capital.
