A stay in a four-star boutique London hotel for £1? It’s probably the best hotel deal in the world – if you can get it. That is to say, the Hoxton Hotel sale is on again, next Thursday starting at noon.
In the last sale, over 350,000 users logged on to the hotel’s website to avail of the £1 offers on 500 rooms. Within 10 minutes, it was all over.
However, don’t lose hope. Some fans have waited up to three years to secure a deal. Even outside of the £1 sale, you can get a deal in the Hoxton, with rooms available this July for £49 per night. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street, where Dublin-Stansted or City airport air passengers usually make their entry into central London.

Kayaking deals
Shearwater Sea Kayaking in Howth has launched its summer programme. As well as weekend training courses, it has lined up guided daytrips and weekends to some top sea kayaking spots around the country. First up is a Donegal islands weekend followed by the Saltee islands in Wexford, Inishkeas camping weekend in Mayo, mid-summer trips along the Kerry coastline and the islands of Connemara. A typical weekend trip includes two nights BB, two evening meals, two full days guiding and all equipment for €310pp.
