: It’s sometimes said that overtraining isn’t simply about doing too much, but about not resting enough.

If you don’t give your body time to recover, injuries, viruses, depression and tiredness can build up and leave you flattened.

Fix it:Put as much thought into your recovery as into your training. Sleep, eat and rest well. Take rest days, and listen to your body at all times.
