IKEA IN Belfast furnished the show apartments at Heuston South Quarter. This one is aimed at the first-time buyer – young, fun and uncomplicated with the textiles and accessories providing most of the colour.
The basic pieces of furniture are mostly neutral in colour, like the two-seat Klippan (£224/€256) with Almas natural cover (£24.47/€27.98) and a Lack birch veneer coffee table (£24.47/€27.97). The Nordmyra dining chairs cost £29.26 (€33.44) each, the funky Regolit floor lamp costs £38.17 (€43.63 ) and the Bjursta birch veneer dining table is £112.55 (€128.64).
The blue and white spotted Hedda Blom cushion cover is £5.56 (€6.70) and the Poang birch veneer armchair is £87.11 (€99.57) and its Vena blue cover costs £33.28 (€38.04). The Lykta turquoise table lamp is £4.88 (€5.58).
The rug is no longer in stock but another colourful and fun rug is the Lusy at £29.99 (€34.02).
