THE giant US air freight forwarders, Air Express, is to decide shortly between two industrial parks for its new 80,000-square-foot Dublin headquarters. The two locations being considered are Woodford Business Park, on the old airport road at Santry, and Ken Rohan's new development on the opposite side of the road at Furry Park. Rents in both cases are likely to be between £5.50 and £6 per square foot. If Air Express opts for Woodford, the investment is likely to go on the market at a yield of between 8 and 9 per cent.
