Businessman Dermot Pierce has begun development work on a small business park at Kilmacanogue, Co Wicklow. The scheme in the grounds of Avoca Handweavers will have six two-storey office buildings, each with a floor area of 6,000. Two of them have been pre-sold off the plans. Companies needing extra space can combine the buildings. Each of them will have 17 car-parking spaces. Colliers Jackson-Stops and Lisney are quoting a selling price of over £170 per sq ft.
The space will also be available to rent at £13.50 per sq ft.
