Two blocks sold for £10 million

TWO office blocks at Beech Hill Office Park Clonskeagh, Dublin 4 have been sold for close to £10 million

TWO office blocks at Beech Hill Office Park Clonskeagh, Dublin 4 have been sold for close to £10 million. The two buildings will complete the office development at Beech Hill, which began more than five years ago.

The Swedish telecommunications group, L.M. Ericsson is to pay in excess of £5 million for a 40,000-square-foot block, which is currently being developed by a joint venture company, Earlsfort Centre Developments and Christopher Bennet.

A group of investors has paid more than £4 million for the second block of 25,000 square feet, which will be rented by CBT Systems at £13.50 per square foot.

Ericsson has two other office blocks in the area. It owns a 27,000-square-foot building at Beech Hill and rents a 40,000-square-foot block on an adjoining site from the Smurfit group. The company is likely to have about 140 car-parking spaces with its new block.
