Ops! Our apologies to developer Ray Grehan of Glenkerrin for suggesting in last Thursday's Property that he paid €38 million - much less than was expected - for the 5.8-acre Techcrete Ireland site in Howth, Co Dublin.
In fact, Grehan who heads Glenkerrin Homes paid €50 million for the prime development site, which he is likely to develop as apartments.
