Nevada tele.com, which provides telecommunications and internet services to business, has leased a 4,179 sq m (44,983 sq ft) facility at the Willsborough Distribution Centre in Clonshaugh, Dublin. The Belfast-based company is a joint venture between Viridian plc, the Northern Ireland utility company, and Energis plc, the British telecoms company, and moved into the Republic with its takeover of Stentor last year.

It is taking the building at a rental of £8 a sq ft (€109 a sq m) on a 25-year lease which incorporates 5 yearly upward only rent reviews. Distribution Centre is a high spec industrial and distribution centre which is close to Dublin airport. Other occupants Gateway 2000, Modus Media, Solectron and Worldcom. The nevada tele.com facility includes 789 sq m (8,493 sq ft) of finished offices in three stories. The Centre is owned by the IPFPUT pension fund which was represented in the negotiations on the letting by Nigel Healy of Jones Lang Lasalle.
